About

Intro

I am a Ph.D. student in Physics at the California Institute of Technology, advised by John Preskill, focusing on quantum information theory, including quantum algorithms and complexity. Before joining Caltech, I completed my master's and undergraduate degrees at the Colorado School of Mines (CSM), where my master's thesis was advised by Zhexuan Gong and Raymond Simmonds. I am passionate about the development of quantum computers and deeply curious about understanding how and why quantum computation can solve the next generation of problems. I also a co-founder of the Society of Quantum Engineers (SQE) and served as its first president at CSM.
